For weddings . Your photographer covers the day. Your guests catch the rest.

Put a QR code on every table. Guests scan it and the camera opens, with nothing to install. Every photo stays sealed until the morning after, so you get to be in the room instead of on your phone.

  • A QR code for every table
  • Sealed until morning
  • Up to 250 guests with the iPhone app

Why it suits a wedding

The photos you couldn’t have planned.

Your photographer is one person in one place. Your guests are everywhere else.

A card on every table

Save your QR code and print it on table cards, programs or the welcome sign. Guests scan it with the camera app they already use.

You stay in the moment

Because nobody can look, nobody checks. Guests put the phone down and get back to the party, and you don’t spend your reception wondering what you’re missing.

The ones only guests can get

Grandpa mid-laugh at table nine. The flower girl asleep under a chair. The toast, from the back of the room.

The setup

A simple way to set it up.

It takes a few minutes, and you can do it weeks ahead so the cards are printed in time.

  • Camera opens When guests arrive, for example 5:00 PM. Open it after the ceremony if you want every phone in a pocket.
  • Camera closes At the end of the night. If the dance floor is still going, you can keep it open longer.
  • The reveal The next morning, for example 9:00 AM.
  • Photos per guest Try 12 or 24 each. A small number makes every photo count.
  • Size Pick your guest count: 100 guests is $39, 150 is $69, 250 is $99. Up to 10 guests is free, which suits an elopement or a rehearsal dinner. Sizes above 10 arrive with the iPhone app.
  • Look No filter, a warm disposable look, or black and white. All free, and the same for every guest.

Planning a wedding weekend? With the iPhone app, one chapter can run up to 7 days (welcome dinner, ceremony, brunch) and each day opens on its own morning. In your browser today, a chapter covers one night.

A wedding day, start to finish

  1. 3:30 PM Cards go on the tablesOne at every table, or one at every place setting.

Good to know

What it doesn’t do.

  • A wedding-size chapter comes with the iPhone app. In your browser today, a chapter holds up to 10 guests for one night. Sizes from 25 to 250 guests come with the iPhone app, which is with Apple for review.
  • Guests need to be 13 or older. Younger guests can ask someone older to take a photo for them.
  • Photos only. There is no video, and photos come straight from the camera, not the photo library.
  • Your photographer’s photos stay separate. This Chapter is for photos taken in the moment, with the camera guests open from your QR code.
  • Plan for 250 guests or fewer. That is the largest size we sell. For more, write to us.
  • Photos stay for a full year after the reveal. Save every one to your phone before then.

Questions about weddings

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan your QR code, or tap your link, and the camera opens right in their browser. There is nothing to install and no account to make. They type a first name, confirm they are 13 or older, and start taking photos.

Can the host look at the photos early?

No. Nobody can, not even the host. Until the reveal time, no one is shown a single photo: not guests, not you, and not our support tools.

You can see who has joined and how many photos have come in, but never the photos themselves.

What if there is no signal at the venue?

Once a guest has joined, the camera keeps working with no signal. Each photo is saved on the guest’s phone first and sent while the page is open and there is signal. If a guest closes the page, unsent photos wait on the phone and send the next time they open their link. A guest does need a signal for the first visit, to join.

What if some guests don’t scan?

That’s fine. Every guest who does adds another angle on the night. A card on each table and a quick mention from the DJ or emcee give people a nudge.

Can my photographer’s photos go in the album?

No. This Chapter is for photos guests take in the moment with the camera they open from your QR code. Your photographer’s photos stay with your photographer.

How long are photos kept?

A full year after the reveal. With the iPhone app, the album shows the exact date. Save the photos you want to keep before then. If you delete your account, your chapters and their photos are erased.
